Q2: What are the suitable solar and moon filters for this telescope?

A: Currently Bushnell does not make a solar filter for this model of scope.

Q3: This is a computerized tracking scope. Is it possible to do the tracking manually instead of automatically?

A: You only have to use the computerized tracking if you want to.

Q4: What are the shipping dimensions and overall tube length?

A: The shipping dimensions are approximately length 3' x width 2' x height 1' the tube length is approximately 2.5'.

Q5: Is this new, or refurbished, used etc?

A: All scopes that we carry are brand new.

Q6: When I am focusing my telescope, everything is upside down in it, I am just wondering how to fix this problem.

A: Upside down images are normal for a reflector telescope. This isn't a problem when viewing celestial objects, because there is no up or down in space, and a round object is round, whether it's upside down or not. Upside down images are a problem, however, when one is viewing terrestrial objects. Unfortunately, there isn't a complete cure. You can improve matters to a great degree with a device like the Zhumell Erecting Eyepiece; however, you will still need to align your body with the telescope's axis in order to view objects right side up.

Q7: When aligning the eyepiece and the red dot finder scope I cannot focus in on anything. How do I focus the eyepiece? So far all I have gotten is a blurred image.

Q8: I cannot seem to be able to see galaxies or nebuleas with this product. I understand how to use this, but I cannot pinpoint a faraway object. When I enter align the telescope exactly it says I got only 4 stars and doesn't find objects with close accuracy.
